Innovation Day at The Village School was a celebration of creativity, problem-solving, and bold ideas—and this year, Viz proudly showcased his latest project: Carbon Capture Storage
Building on his award-winning work from the NASA Carbon Capture Innovation Challenge, Viz presented an improved, community-deployable version of his carbon-capture machine. His prototype demonstrates how small, portable devices can help remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and store it safely to reduce greenhouse gases. Viz explained how his model could one day be placed in neighborhoods, schools, and public areas to support cleaner, healthier environments.

⚙️ His design improvements from 2023 to 2024
🌍 How communities can use carbon storage to move toward net-zero emissions
💡 The potential to earn carbon credits for environmental contributions
His project stood out not only for its scientific understanding, but also for his ability to think ahead—imagining practical, real-world solutions that people can use today to fight climate change.
Innovation Day celebrated the bright minds shaping tomorrow, and Viz’s thoughtful, forward-looking approach captured exactly what the event is all about: students using creativity, technology, and compassion to build a better future.
